Licence Condition
Within seven months of receiving EPA approval the licensee must submit written confirmation to the EPA that the additional terminal contour management measures and/or contour modifications, as approved by the EPA, have been implemented.
Any terminal contour management measures and/or terminal contour modifications that have been identified as a result of the licensee's terminal contour review, and as approved by the EPA, must be implemented by the licensee within six months of receiving EPA approval of the proposed measures and / or modifications.
